    No, this is not insurance, so there are no claims to file. Your clients will pay a discounted rate on health care services through a convenient phone app or their client portal on rare occasions they may pay at the time they receive the services.

    Yes, you can submit by email potential cases to the Easycare2go group case department groups@easycare2go.com for special group pricing. An Easycare2go representative will provide you with the agreement and spreadsheet once pricing is given.

    New members can apply directly with any of the authorized broker partners or directly to the Easycare2go™ website where you will find the broker partner who introduced you to Easycare2go. Fill out the simple one-page application and hit submit.

    Your customers' information is synced in real time with our administration system when they sign up online. All virtual healthcare only customers will receive two emails in the mail, a welcome letter and activation email on how to use their benefits within 24 hours. Once they have activated their services, they can use them the same or next day.

    All discount dental, vision and hearing clients can see a dentist the same or next day if the effective date is backdated to the first of the month when they sign up.

    Yes, you can offer Easycare2go virtual healthcare to all immediate family members with no upcharge.
    Discount dental, vision, and hearing plans that have a member plus 1 or a family membership option. A plan with a member-only option can be upgraded in order to add dependents to a plan.

    Your clients have several choices when submitting payment. Easycare2go accepts all major credit and debit cards for virtual care. Our Online dental applications also accepts PayPal, for annual amounts only. Businesses or groups with at least five households may be put on a monthly list bill.

    For dental groups only, please collect at least the first month's fee and processing fee for each member. Have the authorizing officer or manager sign our Employer Sponsor Agreement and submit that information with a completed application for each employee/member, along with the fee.

    Easycare2go™ or their third-party billing agent will send a monthly list bill directly to the company/group as a payment notice. Since the plan is completely portable, any employees or members may take the plan with them if they discontinue with the employer or group.

    Yes, we encourage our agents to have a strong presence on the web. We recommend linking your website to your Easycare2go website. Please keep in mind that all custom websites must be reviewed and approved by our Compliance Department before going "live."

    If your clients need additional cards for their household, or they have lost their card, please call Member Services on (866) 731-3017.
    If you find yourself locked out of your Member Portal, it is often because an incorrect password has been entered while attempting to log in. To fix this, members can simply use the "forgot my password” link in their member portal to request a link to create a new password.

    You or your client can refer a provider for participation in the network by sending an email to nominate the provider to referrals@easycare2go.com. We will attempt to contact the clinic, laboratory, or pharmacy within 72 hours of receiving the referral. Please supply the provider’s contact info (name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone, and name of office manager) and person referring the provider. There is no guarantee that a referral provider will be accepted in our network. This is done by a third-party vetting house, but we will do our best to accommodate.

    Dental cancellations are accepted via regular mail, email, phone or fax.
    Stand Alone Virtual Healthcare cancellations are handled via email or phone. A full refund of the premium (not the the dental processing fee) will be given if received within the first 30 days of acceptance on dental plans only. Customers being drafted monthly will usually not be billed after the notice of the cancellation is received prior to draft processing. The notice must be received prior to the 15th of the month to be effectively canceled for the following month.
